Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all Supervision, Labor, Tools, and Equipment necessary to perform various sizes and scopes of work of commercial HVAC and Sheet Metal Services to University on an “as needed” basis. University reserves the right to request: (1.) Labor Only; OR; (2.) Labor, Material and Supplies from Contractor. Contractor shall be responsible for field verifications and material take-offs prior to beginning any work. Contractor shall submit their written cost proposal and estimated completion time to the University’s designated representative for approval then, Contractor will receive a Purchase Order authorizing Contractor to proceed with the work. Contractor shall coordinate all work schedules with the University’s designated representative and submit invoices to the University’s designated representative upon completing any assigned work.
