Specifications include, but are not limited to: engage a qualified private consulting firm for technical services in the development of a “Statewide Mobility Management Program” (SMMP) for mobility management activities in Nevada funded by Federal Transit Administration (FTA) federal assistance through the Transit Office. The program will facilitate short-range planning and management activities for improving coordination among transportation providers by establishing performance measures for mobility management programs, providing procedures for ensuring FTA and State Management Plan compliance, and determining program outcomes and other tasks or activities for mobility managers. The overarching goal of the SMMP is to increase access to resources and improve mobility for residents of Nevada through innovative identification, management, and implementation of transportation needs and resources.
