Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Evaluate existing site conditions and factors impacted by proposed design(s) 2. Review of existing site, including stormwater, wastewater, utilities, grading, wetlands, etc. as relevant to a proposed addition and compliance with current codes and site development regulations. 3. Provide Survey for the site area of work. 4. Deliverables will include a CAD drafted site plan and rendering(s) showing proposed site layout and rough grading strategies for both cost estimating and public presentation purposes and an outline specification for estimator use. Conceptual design work will include development and documentation of up to three initial options. 5. Permitting assessment services to include identification of applicable permits (local, State environmental permits, any other applicable permits that will affect the scope and cost of the project), assessment of any likely impediments to attaining such permits, summary of possible strategies for meeting permit requirements. 6. Identification of additional consulting services recommended to better accomplish any of the above proposal requirements.
