Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide conceptual estimates of the proposed options that are developed by the design team and building committee. 2. Provide more detailed estimate/GMP of the chosen option to bring to the bond vote in March 2022 3. During the review of options, provide any value engineering ideas for building committee review 4. Attend up to (10) facilities/school board meetings 5. Attend the Bond hearing and (4) public forums The project includes approximately 16,000 sf of building additions (one story) for a new tech ed, STEAM, culinary arts and administration programs/ functions plus approximately 29,000 sf of interior reconfiguration renovation of the existing building for music, art, general classrooms, learning commons, locker rooms, administrative and support spaces plus infrastructure renovations for portions of the remaining school. Corresponding site and utility alterations will result.
