Specifications include, but are not limited to: Purchase Description: The State intends to enter into an Agreement to train State staff in utilizing, interpreting, and presenting the results from the World of Work Inventory (WOWI) assessment tool. The WOWI is a scientifically developed, objective assessment that incorporates three dimensions to uncover the optimal career matches. Total cost for the initial term of the Agreement will not exceed $36,000. Level 1 Training is $450 per person, and 40 State staff would receive the training. Level 2 Training is $450 per person, and 40 State staff would receive the training. The renewal periods would not exceed $9,000 per year, which would include the cost of training up to 10 new staff for Level 1 and Level 2 Training. Combined total with initial term and four renewal options will not exceed $72,000.
