Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Facilitate grant performance analysis (e.g., centralize, consolidate, and generate grant data reports); •Enhance administrative efficiency by eliminating duplicative financial reporting, standardize forms and providing at-a-glance dashboard for both NDE and subgrantee users providing budget availability, pending deadlines, category spends, pending payments and more. The dashboard (graphic representation) should be available to NDE and subgrantees dashboard view that lists all grants received and amounts spent to date. •Codify approval of NDE and subgrantee approval processes and provide the ability to adjust those processes due to personnel or legislative changes.
