Specifications include, but are not limited to: project consists of asbestos abatement in Building 3500, 2280-90, and 5220-30, the removal of lead-lined walls (X-Ray Room) in Building 3500, and the removal of lead containing porcelain toilets in building 3500 and 5220-30. The floor plans for building 3500, 2280-90, and 5220-30 are included in the attached drawings A-1 through A-4, the asbestos abatement and lead containing material removal from these buildings is specified on the attached reports B-1 through B-6, and in accordance with Services Specifications as described in Attachment C-1, all which are by reference incorporated herein and made a part of this solicitation (the “Work”). The Work includes preparation, methods, execution, testing, and clean-up, and all other work required by the contract documents. ALL costs associated with the Work shall be included in the bid price.
