Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. Vendor will be responsible for the supply and installation of a turnkey access control solution, including all required hardware and software(i.e. database, power supplies, modules and intelligent controllers, wiring etc.), as set forth in detail below. Vendor will also be responsible for the removal and disposal of existing access control hardware. Required Hardware consists of Honeywell ProWatch to match existing equipment as this is an upgrade. Honeywell Pro- Watch Lite 5.0 software platform with a single concurrent user license. The platform shall include a database (SQL server express, or similar) for Windows 10 operating system and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) on Windows 10 to perform manual back-ups from desktop PC to a network share drive location.
