Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Vermont Health Access (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish a contract with one company that can provide Patient Experience Survey. The contract resulting from this request for proposals will cover two services. Specifically, the successful bidder will work with the State on the administration of two Consumer Assessment of Health Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) surveys to 1) measure patient experience in support of Vermont’s assessment of the impact of a range of payment and delivery system reforms on the quality of primary care and 2) measure the experience of care for adults and children enrolled in Medicaid.
