Specifications include, but are not limited to: In general, the project consists of the rehabilitation of four (4) streets and the replacement and relocation of the Gould Sewer Interceptor and select laterals from the intersection of Burns Street and Locust Street to the intersection of Mill Street and Gould Street. The rehabilitated streets include E Taylor Avenue, Stewart Street, Dayton Way, and Gould Street. The rehabilitation shall include, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of pavement section, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, pedestrian ramps, select sanitary sewer manholes and pipe, select storm drain structures and pipe, pavement striping and signage, provisions for traffic control for the duration of the project, and other miscellaneous work
