Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of the rehabilitation of seven (7) streets and the replacement of storm drainage infrastructure. The rehabilitated streets include portions of Bartlett Street, Beech Street, Denslowe Drive, Jackson Place, Jodi Drive, Raffetto Drive, and Sterling Way. The rehabilitation shall include, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of pavement section, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, pedestrian ramps, select sanitary sewer manholes and pipe, select storm drain structures and pipe, pavement striping and signage, provisions for traffic control for the duration of the project, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications.
