Specifications include, but are not limited to: The temporary pavement patch shall be placed flush with the existing grade and match existing depth or no less than three (3) inches. The temporary pavement course shall be ¾" binder asphalt that meets the NH DOT 2016 "Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction" section 403 and City of Laconia standard pavement specifications. 2. Before paving, all joints and exposed surfaces shall be completely coated with an approved asphalt emulsion (tackifier coat) as should all lifts. 3. Traffic must be maintained during the performance of the work. The Paving contractor will be responsible for providing traffic control (certified flaggers). For submittal purposes, assume two flaggers. In the event the Director of Public Works or designee requires a police detail on arterial and collector streets, those costs will be covered by the City.
