Specifications include, but are not limited to: There are 97 quick-build planters currently placed throughout the city. Approximately 8 more round planters are planned for spring 2021 installation. Fall 2021 may see approximately 30 planters removed or relocated to prepare for construction. All current planters have soil and have been maintained since 2018. The city owns approximately 57 round 42” planters (50 in use); 43 round 36” planters (25 in use); and 23 rectangular 48” planters (22 in use). Planters not currently in use may require soil and rockwool installation prior to planting. By their nature, quick-builds are meant to be flexible and respond to changing needs of the community. As a result, planter locations may change during the year as new projects are added and older quick-builds are replaced.
