Specifications include, but are not limited to: Department of Administration’s Risk Management Division (the DIVISION) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a Risk Management Information System (RMIS), which accurately tracks the State’s insurable assets, tabulates employee data, and provides a mechanism for incident reporting and tracking of the State’s self-insured claims including but not limited to the State’s auto physical damage (APD) and property claims. Currently, the System is used primarily for claims management, asset tracking and tabulation of employee physicals; however, system should be a robust, customizable system that allows for future expansion and possible integration with future State systems. Currently, there are twenty-nine (29) users who are licensed to review, add notes, upload attachments, update values, create and run reports on a varying basis. Additionally, the RMIS System has several web-based forms, which allow anonymous Users to report incidents/claims and enter results from employee physicals for the State’s Heart and Lung Program.
