Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide the following during the above dates of service: a. Breakfast, lunch, and supper. b. Utensils for the meals such as: plates, silverware, napkins, and condiments. c. Delivery of portion control meals and serving the inmates. d. Delivery to locations (subject to change): State Fair Maintenance Shop, State Fair Inmate House, and Alpena Community Center, Alpena, SD. e. The following for each meal: o Breakfast: • Delivered at 6:15 AM (6 AM Wednesday of fair week through Thursday the week after fair). • Meals will consist of 700 - 900 calories of the following: 8 oz. orange juice or milk, one cup of hot or cold cereal with toast or a biscuit or 3 oz. portion of meat with two pancakes, hash browns, toast, or biscuit
