Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of this project is to restore the current woodwork and current hardware to it best possible condition and in adherence with the US Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation, https://www.nps.gov/tps/standards/rehabilitation.htm as required by a grant that will be partially funding this project. The project entails the restoration and repair of the interior woodwork, molding and hardware. The project may consist of three phases, these phases should be priced as individual phases as well as an alternative if all three phases were completed as one continuous project. Please provide an attachment to your bid describing the cost and schedule for each phase and for one continuous project.
