Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Project Background Researcha.Review relevant sections of 2017 Campground Master Plan by VHB b.Review other reports and communications regarding the removed Underground Fuel Storage Tank to develop a better understanding of limitations to excavation and site-development.2.Project Kick off meeting – Attend a virtual kick-off coordination meeting with BPRW staff to discuss project timeline, process, any changes to scope based on background research, and any additional information that may need to be provided by BPRW (maximum of 2 hours)a.BPRW Staff to coordinate Virtual meeting and email inviteb.Deliverables: Meeting agenda and minutes3.Topographical and Utility Survey – Create or commission a site survey identifying topography and locations of exg. utilities and conditions adequate for advancing the project design. 4.Design - Advance conceptual layout of RV pull-through sites shown on 2017 Campground Master Plan to 100% construction-ready design a.At a minimum, design documents must include: site preparation, demolition, RV padsand stanchions, connecting roads, site work, landscaping, EPSC, electrical, and plumbing (sewer and water)b.Add/Alt 1: Include design of widened main roadway, entrance area, sidewalk, and all associated landscaping and grading. Design would tie in at the southern end with construction drawings for the Greenway Overpass Replacement created by VHB. i.See Exhibit B – Scope of Work (Plan View), which highlights the base scope of work and add/alternate 1 c.Submit drawings and construction cost-estimates to BPRW staff for a minimum of 3 design reviews at the following stages:d.First Draft (appx 30%), Permit-ready (75%), and construction-ready (95-100%) e.Provide construction cost-estimates at each phase f.Deliverables: Construction plans and cost-estimates at aforementioned stages of completion in pdf format.5.Permitting Research and Report – Research any relevant local, state, or federal permits that may be necessary for the advancement of the project construction. Compile a short 1-2 page narrative summarizing all relevant permits required and anticipated costs associated with preparing and filing permit documentsa.Deliverables: 1-2 page permitting report in pdf format.
