Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pre-construction Services o Project scheduling. o Assistance with site logistics o Selection of materials, building systems and equipment. o Budget controls and value engineering. o Procurement services including: prequalification of subcontractors, development of bid packages, bid analysis and development of GMP’s. Construction Services o Development and presentation of project information to the project team and community; o Verification of existing conditions; o Submittal review; o Requests for Information; o Construction logistics; o Construction scheduling; o Cost control; o Safety; o Preparation, review and processing of changes; o Assistance with project turnover; o Project closeout; o Coordination of permitting with the City of Newark and other applicable entities throughout the project; and o Coordination/Preparation and submission of all close out documents outlined in the Asset Data Collection Worksheet (see Attachment D)
