Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Replace the following three unitswith new14 SEERor better, 410A refrigerant, gas heat, standard roof top unitsnot AAON units.(2 each) AAON Model # RN-007-2-0-EB09 (1 each) AAON Model # RN-010-2-0-EB092.Inspect and repair curbing on RTU as necessary.3.Flush and clean existing condensation drain lines for any blockage.4.Replace any existing gas shut off valves, regulator and flex lines to meet current codes.5.Replace thermostats with new 7 day programmable with locking cabinets.6.Contractor shall remove and dispose of all defective materials in performance of the service instrict compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, codes, laws, ordinances, statutes, etc.
