Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of the new construction of an approximately 5,600 sf field house facility on District owned property as outlined in the contract documentation. In general, the site work will include rough grading, utility connection/coordination, subsurface drainage work, new concrete paving, and landscaping associated with new building construction. Building construction consists of slab on grade on engineered building pad, pre-engineered metal building structure, masonry wainscot and prefinished metal panel veneer, and standing seam metal roofing.
