You must submit for each project individually and may submit for as many of the 4 projects as you like. Project 1, CDBG: Newmarket Housing Authority Improvements Project. CDBG funding $500,000, total project cost $1,074,000. The project is plumbing replacement, energy improvements, kitchen upgrades, etc. Project 2, CDBG: Newmarket New Road Waterline Replacement Project. CDBG funding $500,000, total project cost $755,000. The waterline project will likely be combined with a stormwater project which will make it a total project cost of $1,905,000 (the full project will require labor compliance). Project 3, CDBG: Linked Together Planning Grant to evaluate potential sites and determine the feasibility of either rehabilitating existing buildings or demolishing and building a new structure for a daycare. This will involve overseeing consultant contracts for conceptual design, cost estimates, appraisals, and environmental and structural review of conditions to address code and fire safety issues. CDBG funding $25,000. Project 4, CDBG-Covid.
