Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected vendor shall provide assistance with site selection and installation of three (3) permanent noise monitoring terminals (NMT) in areas to be determined by BTV. The locations will be on publicly owned land within the 65 DNL noise contour. • The noise monitoring terminals should be inclusive of all equipment, including microphone with protective covering, poles, sound level meter, enclosure, landscaping, necessary power, and communications to collect the data appropriate for the Vermont climate. • Noise monitoring equipment shall measure and analyze noise and meet requirements for a Type 1 Sound Level Meter consistent with equipment utilized in other airport noise monitoring systems.
