Modify Pharmacy IV, Chemo and Ante rooms to comply with USP 800 and 797 Standards; similarly evaluate the capacity of the HVAC system to confirm if components are adequate for the additional static loads; Convert Med Vault mechanical system to include negative pressure and USP 800 Standards; Investigate options to create permanent infection control barriers on East Tower floors 6, 7, 9 and 10; Modify Fiscal Office to create two new private offices; Convert space on 6th floor to hazardous storage; Expand Formula Prep Room into adjacent Respiratory Therapy EEG Equipment Room; confirm requirements for Exam Room within Unit; Modify Lab Emergency Shower to comply with regulatory requirements; review feasibility of changing Phlebotomy exam rooms within Lab; convert Restroom into Storage/Locker room. Analyze OR Suite for possible vibration occurrence and source. Evaluate feasibility of renovating On-Call Rooms/Showers into Storage and Offices; Review special, functional and work flow processes with Laboratory user groups to evaluate efficiencies; make recommendations for improvements as appropriate.
