Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of two new buildings on the same site. The Dam Bureau's Construction and Operations Facility is a new single-story steel framed building of 22,719 sf. The Watershed Bureau's building is 6,875 square feet. Both buildings have structural steel frame and bar joist roof and mezzanine framing with a combination of insulated metal panel walls and some masonry wall areas. The office pod at the Construction and Operations Facility will be steel stud and masonry exterior walls. The Project will include the Discipline(s) of: Site Construction, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood and Plastics, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Doors and Windows, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Mechanical, Electrical.
