Specifications include, but are not limited to: Advance Planning Documents (APD) are submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to request enhanced funding for Mechanized Claims Processing and Information Retrieval Systems. This includes Medicaid eligibility and enrollment (E&E) systems, Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), and Health Information Technology (HIT) systems. The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to support the development, submission, and tracking of APD’s for the Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (DMMA). The APDs will include Implementation Advanced Planning Documents (IAPD), IAPD – Updates (IAPD -U), and Operational Advance Planning Documents (OAPD). For purposes of this RFP, we will primarily use the term APD which encompasses APDs, IAPDs, IAPD-Us, and OAPDs.
