Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must provide individual technical assistance via telephone or webinar (approximately one (1) hour in length annually) to Idaho CAHs and provide practical tools and strategies for swing bed program improvement. This includes: 1. Engaging up to twenty-five (25) Idaho CAHs in the technical assistance sessions annually. a) The total number of CAHs to be contacted during the project period will be determined by the Department. i The Department will determine the Idaho CAHs that will participate in the program and provide an initial introductory email. b) If there are fewer than twenty-five (25) hospitals that want to participate in technical assistance calls, participating hospitals may request more than one (1) call.
