Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1) Furnish space for the Program to operate at no charge to the Organization; however any damage to the space incurred as a direct result of the Program will be reimbursed by the Organization(2) Assist the Organization in promoting the Program to District staff and families of students enrolled in the District.(3) Provide custodial services for normal operations of the Program; however, Program staff must make a reasonable effort to leave the facilities in good order(4) Provide breakfast and lunch (at the Program’s expense).(5) Provide access to the School’s nurse, when the School is open and in session for students during normal operating hours, in the event of a medical emergency and to dispense required medications. Non-emergencies, such as changes of clothes, etc., are the responsibility of the Organization. (6) Provide parking passes to Program staff.
