Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintain the Department’s current staff augmentation Resources (refer to Appendix F) to ensure continuity of services. It is the Department’s expectation that every effort will be made to ensure the Resources under the current staff augmentation contract will be transitioned to employment and management under the awarded Bidder. Report weekly to the Department on the status of current staff augmentation Resources until they have all transitioned to the awarded Bidder or until the awarded Bidder determines that the current Resource does not wish to transition to the awarded Bidder. Collaborate with the Department annually, or more frequently if requested, to review Resource needs and prepare a mutually agreed upon staffing plan within the limitations outlined by the Department. Provide payroll functions to Resources, including but not limited to: Processing regular timecards approved by the Department for regular or prior approved overtime hours worked by the Resource. Being responsible for all payroll withholding and benefit requirements. Resources shall not receive any State employment benefits. Preparing quarterly and annual withholding reports as required by State and Federal employment guidelines. Comply with all State record-keeping requirements for Human Resources/Payroll Services. Comply with all State and federal rules, regulations and applicable standards, and Department policies.
