Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall remove and decommission the aboveground fuel and waste oil storage tanks and any associated dispenser, fuel pumps, concrete island, fuel canopy, concrete anchor slab, lighting, structure, tank pad (if required), drive pads, vent and vent line, fuel supply, vapor recovery line, associated piping, electrical conduit and wiring, and associated equipment and components for the fueling station.B. Contractor shall remove, transport, and dispose of the above ground fuel storage tank in accordance with all federal, State, and local regulations applicable to this project.C. Contractor shall insure that all electrical services are taken back to their original location. D. Contractor shall insure that any associated circuits are to be disabled in accordance with all codes and regulations (Title 19, Public Safety and Title 24, Building Standards Code of the California Code of Regulations [CCR] and the National Electric Code). E. Contractor shall insure that any mechanical components that are removed shall be restored to the original point of service. F. Contractor shall ensure that all abandoned utilities are mined out and terminated to the source location. G. Contractor shall remove any spare breakers leave on site. Any spare breakers are to be left on-site and blanked off. H. Contractor shall during the removal process, remove asphalt concrete as required to allow for proper drainage and replace the concrete flow line as necessary to allow for property drainage.I. Contractor shall connect the “catch basin” to the site storm water system in a proper manner. J. Contactor shall be responsible for all costs associated with obtaining required permits, testing, and the disposal of the fuel storage tank to include all associated equipment from the fuel island and components.
