Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide semi-annually maintenance and inspection services. A work schedule will be developed upon Agreement execution. Regular maintenance shall be completed during normal business hours. A two (2) day notice is required prior to visiting the area office. Repair work will not be permitted by use of this contract. During the spring season (March through May) the CHP areas shall be inspected for any roof deficiencies and to ensure that all gutters and downspouts are free flowing. The roof areas are to be cleaned and free from leaves and debris or any other obstructions. All deficiencies will be documented, photographed, and submitted to the CHP Facilities Coordinator.
