NDDOT will require the final proof to be in their possession for three (3) working days. Reprints: Vendors are to figure all new plates for yearly reprints. After initial order, the DOT will reprint entire book for the second and third year of term contract. It assumed that the reprint price will be the same as the initial print. Number of Pages: 592 plus cover. Finished Page Size: 8 ½” x 11”. Paper Stock: Cover: 9 pt., white, Fibermark™, Hyflex 9®, embossed texture (actual texture to be determined) or equivalent.
