Providing at least 3 hard copies (2’ & 3’) and a digital version (.pdf and GIS compatible) that can be layered with other maps. • The map should show all corners and boundaries including the lake shore, map boundaries of any encumbrances identified in deeds, natural and cultural features that are concurrent with, cross, or come close to a boundary, such as stonewalls, roads, watercourses and identifiable wet areas, and include the location of the private maintained road on the property, and the old foundations close to the private road (3) and the old House Road (1).• Ensure that all corners are monumented or otherwise clearly distinguished, as agreed upon. This would include locating all existing corner monuments and setting ones that are not found.• Paint blaze or otherwise demarcate a short section of boundary lines (additional information provided in the document referenced below)• Verify the correct location of a current paint-blazed boundary line
