Carrier model # 24APB660A003 Qty: 3 1. 5-ton, 16 SEER, R-410A, 230 volt single phase, condensing unit 2.1 PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS a. New correctly sized R-410A thermostatic expansion valves (TXV valves) must be installed on indoor coils. b. New systems will be fully charged with virgin R-410A refrigerant. c. The new Carrier units specified above must have factory installed high and low pressure switches for compressor protection. d. 30 cubic inch liquid line dryers and sight glasses must be installed on all units. e. Low ambient temperature cooling kits will be installed to protect compressor operation during cooling cycles with ambient temperatures below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. f. Engraved name plates must be made and installed on all condensing units matching the original blueprint size, shape, and design. g. All air conditioning systems must be leave tested and all leaks must be repaired.
