Specifications include, but are not limited to: MSU is seeking a qualified vendor to provide software and implementation services for the Retention CRM. These software and services should include, but should not be limited to, the following: • Multi-channel communication • Campaign management and automation • Analytics MSU currently employs various manual workflows, including spreadsheets and email lists, to identify at-risk students and drive communication campaigns that help move those students towards academic success. Manual reports from Banner, DegreeWorks, and D2L serve to identify student populations that we reach out to through email or texting campaigns as well as through our advisor network. While functional, all those processes are highly manual and lack automation, tracking, analytics, and/or workflow support. The manual process is hitting scale barriers, and doesn’t provide us a single, comprehensive overview of the student, nor a shared student, picture across departments at MSU. We are seeking a CRM solution that will automate population segmentation; trigger predefined outreach campaigns; flag at-risk students for advising and intervention; and provide comprehensive metrics on the impact of the actions taken.
