Specifications include, but are not limited to: The STATE is soliciting proposals for an access certification software solution. This solution will be used by managers, system owners and security administrators to review and signoff on system access reviews. For the purpose of this RFP an access certification is a review of roles, rights and access level for individuals on an application by application basis, with many of the reviews being specific to financial institution cores, platforms and applications.Proposals may include additional services. if the cost for such additional Services is separately presented. RFP responses should outline in detail how the Offeror’s technology platform addresses each of the activities outlined below.
