Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of the vendor furnishing all personnel, labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the reconfiguration of existing office, storage and shop area to accommodate general clean storage and office functions. The project area will create these functions once the renovation is complete; breakdown area, central storage room, clean supply, storage room, conference room, staff breakroom, staff restrooms (2) and a mail room. The auto shop are will be removed and a new slab will be added to provide space for a clean supply storage. The existing roll-up garage doors will be removed and a new slab will be installed to match the slab height of the adjacent central storage room. A new HVAC system will be installed to create conditioned storage space within the former shop area.
