Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) Child Support Services Division (CSSD) is issuing this Request for Proposal to obtain a contractor for maintenance and operations of the State’s System for the Enforcement and Recovery of Child Support, SEARCHS. The State is requesting proposals for Facility Management, FM, support for the SEARCHS system which is essential in ensuring Montana is successful in managing the Child Support Program, CSP, for the State. The SEARCHS system is the automated statewide system that supports the CSP. SEARCHS has provided automated case and financial management support to the CSP for over 25 years. The qualified contractor must have the experience and expertise required to provide quality service in managing the system. FM support for SEARCHS involves maintenance and enhancement of the system as described throughout this RFP.
