Specifications include, but are not limited to: DWC Facility parameters: 1. The DWC facility must provide secure space of not less than 1200 square feet to accommodate up to 30 guests and up to 4 operator/service providers. 2. The DWC facility must provide a COVID safe physical space following VOSHA, VDH/DAIL, and CDC guidance. 3. Period of operation December 21st 2020 to April 15th 2021. Operation as soon as December 1st is acceptable should property management be capable of preparing the space by then. 4. Facility management must allow DWC operator staff and /or City staff to make facility layout modifications if needed, including but not limited to installing physical barriers to protect staff who will have interactions with clients with unknown infection status (e.g., check-in staff). For example, installing a sneeze guard at the check-in desk. 5. Facility must provide heat, electricity, and indoor plumbing, including restrooms and easy-access handwashing facilities 6. Facility must be ADA-compliant 7. Facility site should be furnished with no less than 34 available chairs and 4 available tables to be used by DWC clients and staff (exemptions may apply)
