Specifications include, but are not limited to: Asbestos Abatement 1. Refer to Asbestos Abatement Specifications attachment. 2. Refer to JSA Inspections Asbestos Survey Report, dated August 24, 2015 Ceiling 1. Remove damaged ceiling tiles and dispose offsite. Replace with new tiles (like or similar model). 2. Remove and replace drop down ceiling wires, tees, and other supporting equipment with new. Ensure all parts are fitted, balanced, and secured. 3. All work to be done in accordance to the manufacturer’s recommended procedures. 4. Ensure all light fixtures, ventilation covers, and other attachments are secured and in good operating order. 5. Ensure all electrical/data wiring is secured and away from the ceiling tiles.
