Specifications include, but are not limited to: Details of services to be provided: • Install one (1) portable toilet at the Bud Lilly FAS o FWP will provide exact placement location and is requiring that, due to high winds in the area, the portable toilets be securely fastened to the ground with rebar stakes and/or straps. • Clean, sanitize and restock toilet paper in portable toilets. • Pump waste as needed to keep portable toilet in sanitary condition. • Frequency- 2x per week. • Schedule- Monday & Friday OR Monday & Thursday • Season- May 1st thru Sept 30th of each year. • Billing Schedule o May and June Services must be billed by June 15th . o July-Aug-Sept Services to be billed on the 15th of the following month. • All cleaning supplies and toilet paper are to be provided by the vendor. • NOTE: THIS IS A NEW SITE FOR FWP. PUBLIC USE MAY REQUIRE THE INSTALLATION OF A SECOND PORTABLE TOILET DURING THE CONTRACT PERIOD. IF THIS REQUIRED, FWP HAS THE OPTION TO AMEND THE CONTRACT AS NEEDED.
