Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide the State of Vermont with IT Professional resources that include a range of skilled resources thatinclude but are not limited to Program / Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Business Analysts, Release / Delivery Managers, DevOps Engineers/Technical Leads, Full-Stack Developers, and Quality Assurance / Testing Certifications. This Request for Proposal (RFP)is to identifycontractorsthat can provide the appropriately skilled resources that will provide the State the opportunity to support the continuation of DVHA’s modernization efforts. It is hereby noted that the State’s incumbent resources have contributed to the preparationof theoverall road maps and associated planning and budget projections.
