Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove/dispose of existing unit under EPA guidelines Remove and replace (1) one 120,000 BTU Furnace Purchase all needed materials & equipment All electrical work Remove and replace (1) one 4 ton condensing unit Install all new piping from indoor unit to outdoor unit Pipe insulation Rework existing PVC lines New duct fittings Duct insulation as needed Remove and replace thermostat/temperature controls Connect new furnace to the new thermostat Charge new system Start and test proper operation of new system Provide training on all installed equipment Make sure all removed equipment is properly disposed of All permits & inspections to paid by contractor Provide warranty information
