Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1.A gas chromatograph (GC) that includes inlet capabilities to run cyrogenic (cryo)cooling and analytical column. 2.1.2.The GC oven needs to handle heating temperatures of 40 to 350C and be integrateable with a mass spectrometer and PAL autosampler 2.1.3.Complete GC/MS system should run off 110V. 2.1.4.The MS ion source needs to be inert and operate by electron ionization with triple axis detector. Self-cleaning source capabilities preferred. 2.1.5.System need to have PAL autosampler with fully integrated software with prep ahead and cryo temperature programing capabilities. 2.1.6.Autosampler need to be equipped with cryo cooling tray holder, well plate holder, 11mm vial tray holder, 32 mm vial tray holder, headspace needle holder, 10 uL needle holder, 250 uL needle holder, SPME fiber holders, waste vial holder, solvent vial holder, heated agitator, and gas flow through needles cleaning capability.
