Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Blackfeet Tribe is soliciting proposals from architects, engineers, and professional companies in the design and building industry for a MultiPurpose Arbor Facility. It will be utilized for COVID-19 services and cultural events. The facility size cannot be less than 10,000 sq. ft- and seat no less than 1,000 people, a handi-cap seating area is also required with an announcer stand area and ample room for drum groups and dancers to share. The multipurpose arbor facility must be complete with bleachers, kitchen/concession area, restrooms/showers. This project will include the preparation of preliminary and final design services of a new arbor facility along with construction management of the project.
