Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Appoquinimink School District (“District”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for an Odessa High School Pre-K Program (“Program”), including the provision of both Before and After Care for Program participants, to be housed in Odessa High School (“School”) in order to provide work-based/experiential learning opportunities for students in the School’s Teacher Academy, beginning with the 2020-2021 school year and renewable annually thereafter. “Organization” refers to the entity proposing to operate the Program. District reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals at any time prior to the submission of Proposals. All submissions shall become the property of the District. By submitting a response to this Request for Proposal, each Organization acknowledges, understands and agrees that its entire Proposal may be deemed a “public record” for the purposes of the Delaware Freedom of Information Act under 29 Del. C. §§ 10001, et. seq. (“FOIA”) except for information which does not qualify as a “public record” under 29 Del. C. § 10002(1) and as otherwise provided herein.
