Specifications include, but are not limited to: Submit a work plan for approval by the VT Child Development Division (the CDD) that includes a timeline, an outline of the project, and strategies which will be used to complete the project. 2 Submit meeting agendas and minutes related to STARS Evolution Think Tank meetings. 3 Submit a draft of the redesigned Vermont quality recognition and improvement system (QRIS). 4 Submit drafts of supporting documentation for the redesigned Vermont QRIS, including: • Criteria included in various system tiers/levels in STARS • Application • Guidance manual • Continuous quality improvement plan template 5 Submit drafts of supporting documentation of provider incentives and supports included in the redesigned Vermont QRIS. 6 Submit a draft of a presentation, in a digital format, related to the redesigned Vermont QRIS. 7 Submit final product incorporating State’s feedback on drafts
