Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Deep Clean Common Areas (living room and kitchen): • dusting (including ceiling fans) • clean sink • polish all bright work in kitchen • vacuum and steam clean carpet (including spot removal) Move furniture to clean carpet underneath • wet mop, strip and wax hard floors (or buff hard floors) • clean interior and exterior of windows and blinds • clean interior, exterior and underneath refrigerator • clean interior and exterior of microwave and stove (if applicable) • clean interior and exterior surfaces of furniture and cabinets • clean and empty all light fixtures • wash down all baseboards • wash down all walls • wash down apartment door • vaccuum/wipe all living room furniture including removing and vacuuming under cushions • wipe down all light switchs and door knobs/handles • clean dirty filters on over the stove microwaves/hoods (if applicable) 3.1.2 Deep Clean Bathroom/Vanity: • dusting (including bathroom vents) • sinks • toilet stools and bowls • tubs/showers • polish all bright work in bathrooms • clean mirrors • clean interior and exterior surfaces of cabinets • clean and empty all light fixtures • wash down all baseboards • wet mop, strip and wax hard floors (or buff hard floors) • wash down all walls • wash down bathroom door • wipe down light switches and door knobs/handles
