Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Land Use Planning i. Review of Growth Policy, Billings Heights Neighborhood Plan and other studies to determine future land use needs; ii. Identify current land uses; and iii. Review the existing public and the future availability of municipal services, to include water, sewer, and stormwater analysis and recommendations. b. Transportation Analysis i. Evaluate future transportation impacts due to land use development; this could include impact to the need for additional connections off the bypass for motorized and non-motorized connectivity, access, etc. c. Corridor Aesthetics i. Adjacent land use design considerations; ii. Landscape elements; iii. Preserving natural features;
