Specifications include, but are not limited to: ●Installation of Timberline HD architectural or equivalent shingles over existing roof shingles –color shall be gray●Total area 54,400 square feet●See eagle view below for reference●Installation will include:oFlash of all roof penetrations according to GAF application instructionsoGAF Silver Pledge Limited WarrantyoDrip edge replacement where neededoTwo rows of ice and water shield to all eaves and valleysoNew ridge vent and cap to matchoIce and water add for all roof penetrations ●Contractor will provide dumpster and properly dispose of all waste●Contractor will provide portable bathroom facilities for duration of work●Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, permits and fees associated with this Scope of Work●Contractor will provide protection of all landscaping, walkways, windows, overhangs, etc. from falling debris●With winter approaching an aggressive timeline for completion will be adhered to●Installation of roofing products according to federal, state and local building codes●Performance of all work will be performed in a manner consistent with OSHA guidelines●Minimum of 1 year warranty of labor effective on the date of final acceptance
