Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Installation of Timberline HD architectural or equivalent shingles over existing roof shingles – color shall be gray ● Total area estimated 30,000 square feet (outlined in red below) ● See eagle view below for reference ● Installation will include: o Flash of all roof penetrations according to GAF application instructions o GAF Silver Pledge Limited Warranty o Drip edge replacement where needed o Two rows of ice and water shield to all eaves and valleys o New ridge vent and cap to match o Ice and water add for all roof penetrations ● Contractor will provide dumpster and properly dispose of all waste ● Contractor will provide portable bathroom facilities for duration of work ● Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, permits and fees associated with this Scope of Work ● Contractor will provide protection of all landscaping, walkways, windows, overhangs, etc. from falling debris ● With winter approaching an aggressive timeline for completion will be adhered to ● Installation of roofing products according to federal, state and local building codes ● Performance of all work will be performed in a manner consistent with OSHA guidelines ● Minimum of 1 year warranty of labor effective on the date of final acceptance
